Meiling, “Actually I have interviewed you briefly at the Toronto Film Festival, but I would like to get more, deeper inside of the film. So，what is the day to day life on set, when the camera is not on everyone?”

金美翎：“其实之前已经在多伦多电影节采访过您了，但我这次想详谈一下您的电影。那在平日剧组生活里 ，每人幕后都是什么样的？”

Rian, “so this is a very special set, because in between takes, everyone would not go back to their trailers and read scripts or make phone calls, Everyone would just hang out together in this house. We would go down to the basement and there is a game room, that was down there, and all the actors would just hang out together, and it was so much fun, it was like an actor story time or something. So, it was like a party.”

莱恩：“这组演员真的很特别，因为他们不会在休息时间回自己的旅行车背剧本什么的，每个人都喜欢互动。每个人都会在楼下的游戏厅里聚合，每个人在幕后都玩得来，像一个小型演员派对一样。 ”

Meiling, “So far, what actor on set gives you the biggest surprise, that when you interacted with them, and is like a totally different person?”

Rian, “This guy right here, Michael Shannon, is the funniest dude, in the universe. Whenever there is a thing, we would have them improvise funny lines, the stuff Michael Shannon would throw out, cracked everybody up, especially when no one expected was coming out, he’s so funny. So that surprises me a lot.”

金美翎：“那目前为止，哪个演员给你的惊喜最大？比如说有些演员深交后跟您的第一印象完全不同的？”

莱恩：“就比如说我身边这位，迈克尔，他总是喜欢即兴表演，每次休息的时候，他总是开一些让人意想不到的笑话。所以很多人都喜欢他。”

Meiling, “So far I haven’t seen the movie, I’ve only seen the trailer, but when I see ‘you eat shit, you eat shit,’ I would like to know about that filming part.”

Rian, “That moment was so much fun, that’s the scene when all the actors were in the room together, these 10 amazing actors together, and they are all just fighting with each other, it was so much fun. It looks like that way on set. Everyone is just having a blast.”

金美翎：“我目前还没有看过这部电影，只看过预告片，我看到那段‘你吃屎，你也吃屎…’戏时，就想知道拍这段时是个什么样的情况。”

莱恩：“拍那段真享受。那时每位主演都在现场。10位才华的 演员在一起，每个人都在互相争斗入镜头，你在镜头里看到的都是很真实的演出，拍那段真的很开心。”

Meiling, “So far what is your favorite memory of Chicago?”

Rian, “I just got here in Chicago, so this. Right here, talking to you. But I grew up coming to Chicago, because my mom’s family is from just outside of Chicago, so I spent time here as a kid.”

金美翎：“那您目前为止对芝加哥的印象是什么样的？”

莱恩:“我刚刚到芝加哥，就这一幕，跟你聊天印象就很深。我从小的时候在芝加哥生活过，因为我妈妈的家人都住在离芝加哥不远的 地方。”

Meiling, “You are pretty much like a Chicago guy right now, so just give you a chance to let you be the tour guy of Rian Johnson, where would you like to take Rian Johnson on a day like this?”

Michael Shannon, “Where would I take him? I think the typical go-to spot is Green Mill in Up Town.”

Meiling, “That’s my spot too.”

Michael, “Oh, you go to Green Mill?”

Meiling, “Once a month, not that often.”

Michael, “I used to perform there, a long time ago on a Sunday night. When the is poetry is going on.”

Meiling, “You are really making Chicago proud!”

Michael, “I love Chicago. Chicago is my favorite place, although I came to Chicago, this wasn’t here, so.”

Meiling, “Welcome back!”

金美翎：“您现在基本上算是芝加哥本土人了。那假设让您当莱恩的芝加哥导游，您会带莱恩去哪里度这一日游呢？”

迈克尔：“我会带他去哪？我会带他去我经常去的老地方，在芝加哥上城区的 Green Mill”

金美翎：“是嘛？那也是我常去的地方啊！”

迈克尔：“啊？你也去？”

金美翎：“一月一次，没那么勤。”

迈克尔：“我之前在那表演过，很久之前的事了，礼拜日，那时候还有诗词朗诵节目。”

金美翎：“您令芝加哥人很骄傲。”

迈克尔：“我很喜欢芝加哥，”
