Why Yoga? Because everyone else is doing it, so you just go with the flow? Or because of your own benefits?
已经过去这么多年了,瑜伽风还未减。至少,现在大大小小的瑜伽馆真是越来越多了。可能,有人就是追逐着这阵风,追着追着,只顾着和大家一起练了,最后却忘记练习瑜伽的根本,更有很多人因为想快速减肥瘦身而盲目练习瑜伽。
有很多女性一味追求瑜伽体位的标准与完美。然而,修炼瑜伽体位并不需要十分完美。可能你并不完全认同我这一点。有时,瑜伽学员因为姿势越达标越对身体有利,但往往都以个人的需求为标准。要不然人人练过瑜伽之后就可以去国家体操队了?针对现实,针对自身的条件练习瑜伽总比幻想练习者们提高的速度要快。
一般情况下,专业瑜伽教练的动作都很规范优美,成为了不少学员们模仿的榜样,但往往一节课下来,你们会发现这些标准动作折腾的筋疲力尽,并没有享受到丝毫的快乐。就像我上述所说的一样,瑜伽并不是竞技运动。“享受平和自然的心境”才是瑜伽修炼者们追求的最佳状态。
As yoga is getting more and more popular nowadays, people are starting to join “yoga clubs”just because they heard that doing yoga is healthy and can improve one’s life. However, do you truly understand what kind of benefits practicing yoga really brings to your life? It is not only preventing heart disease or improving flexibility, there is more to it.
1. 天然去痛剂,有助于睡眠
是呀,如果你做的方法不正确或者拔苗助长,当然就会起反作用咯!所以呢,在让任何“天然药剂”帮助你之前,你所做的一切必须要先符合正常规律。在忙碌的工作和学习生活中,我们不知不觉中让自己的身体“受了不少罪,吃了不少苦”,生活节奏极快或者极缓的人寿命都会随之受到某些影响。除此之外,睡眠质量差也变成了当今年轻人最头痛的一件事。做瑜伽实际上有利于帮你放松紧张的神经细胞、肌肉,配上舒缓的音乐,更有助于帮你解压。经常通过练习瑜伽呼吸法会让你的心跳速度变得有规律,尤其是在上床睡觉前,多多练习呼吸法有助于睡眠呢。
1. Pain Reliever, Rest Easy
Yes, I have to say that if you are not doing it right or doing it too fast, of course it will do the totally opposite for you. Only when you listen to the instructions will it become a pain reliever for you. Our bodies spends too much time working in order to achieve our goals for daily life, and then, of course, problems come without warning, such as those sleepless days. Doing Yoga actually helps you torelax your muscles and your nervous, especially with all of the soothing and relaxing music in the background. Doing breathing exercises during your yoga session can slow your heart rate to help you to prepare for your night of good sleep. My busy schedule and school stress really disrupts my sleeping habits, but I can say, for most of the time, Yoga works very well.

练习瑜伽真的会让你变得年轻起来?当然,凡事没有绝对。它并不是神丹妙药。实际上,练习瑜伽,深入瑜伽的真理可以让你更加学会珍惜时间,珍惜生活。冥想、日常食物摄入、思考方式、活细胞的充分运用和你的活动社交圈… 所有的能量凝聚在一起,不怕你的生活没活力!
2. Younger looking DNA
Doing yoga can slow down you raging? It is an absolute statement like in all cases. It doesn’t work magically, actually it is all connected with changing your daily habit after you start understanding the true meaning of Yoga. Meditation, Daily Diet, Peaceful Thoughts, Flexing Your Body, and Social Involvement … all combined into one; is changing the function of your body.
3. 调节心情
当你在工作和学习上有压力的时候,身边的亲朋好友们总是会劝你运动锻炼从而解压。当你的身体倍儿棒,吃嘛嘛香的时候,你的大脑在遇到棘手的事情的时候就会很容易冷静处理并调节恢复。瑜伽跟其它运动相比,它的速度慢了很多,也会适当调节下你生活的节奏。再加上,练习瑜伽会使人变得更加谨慎,做事更加有耐心,培养毅力。我并不是说你练过瑜伽之后就会完全变成另外一个人,但是在你处理事情的时候,就会感觉到,可能不会跟平常一样很鲁莽,会慢慢冷静,就像在冥思境界里一样,处理事情的最终结果可能也不会很糟糕。
3. Emotional Improvement
People always suggest that you should do some work-out when if you are stressed from your life or work issues. When the body is functioning correctly, there is no reason to give your brain a bad return. Yoga can be considered a slow work out, and because of that, it certainly can practice one’s patience skills. It moves the mood to a higher level, and it also balances a person’s mental ability. Either facing positively or negatively,it will be an improvement result. Emotion is a weird thing, isn’t it?
4. 提高平衡力
如果你练过瑜伽,或者只是看我的一些瑜伽照片,显而易见,很多瑜伽体位姿势都是要靠平衡力来掌握的。在每个人的童年里,你可能都尝试自己做一些锻炼平衡力的活动,比如说在马路牙子边上单腿走路呀,用两手搬重物呀等等。从小就在尝试,从小就在磨练。长大之后,开车学驾驶也要掌握方向盘的平衡力,很多女性们则穿上细细的高跟鞋练习平衡力。无论哪方面,在我们的生活里缺少不了平衡力,把重心放在中心或者两边使身体拉力相等从而达到稳定性。所以说,做瑜伽对提高平衡力的帮助也很大。保持平衡跟学习一样,是一生的事情。活到老,学到老,尤其是到了老年阶段,平衡力对衰老的身体更加重要。你可不想在你60岁、70岁的时候,因为平衡力差的原因导致一些身体疾病或者更严重的损害吧。
4. Balance Act
Most of the Yoga poses are designed for balancing. You can see that in my pictures below as well. Since you were a little kid, you tried so many different playful games using balancing, like walking on the curbs, carrying heavy stuff by using both hands… Later driving a car, trying to practice walking on the thin pointed high heels… You are doing the best to pull your weight back to the center to remain upright. That’s why doing Yoga is beneficial for balancing. Balancing is a life-long thing, even in your older life. Remember, you still need to practice it because at the age of 60, it is easier to fall down compared with being 30 years old.
5. 控制并防御多种疾病
生活压力减小了也会让你的进食速度慢慢有了规律,会挑选健康食物,会更加小心注意自己的日常摄入量。在瑜伽世界里,冥想对心理健康起着非常大的作用。就像我之前说的那样:一切的一切都是有关联性的,所有的力量凝聚在一起,才让你的意志变得更强壮,更会改善你的身体健康。
5. Control Blood Pressure, Diabetes
Calming down naturally make you dine slower, taking in more detail and selective. Relaxing your muscles, doing more meditation actually helps in the Yoga world. As I said earlier, they are all connected, linked, and strengthened together. That’s how it starts to affect the negative sides of your health.
