有人说有信仰的人里方向感特足,但总是要围着上天留下的“文本”转来转去。“瑜伽”也算是一种“信仰”,而这种信仰,完全是靠自己掌握。修身养性,这个主角是你的内心深处。这个信仰也只有一个上帝,那个人就是你自己。

People, who have religious beliefs, always know that their "God" guides them where they should go – they already knew it would be their destiny and destination. However, that god is always guiding them on their path. Yoga also counts as a belief, it has its own bible, but the most important thing is: its own creator is you, and you are the god of Yoga.

有人总喜欢生气之后大吵大闹,不能完全冷静下来,当然,谁没有一点小脾气。“三思而后行”,这句励志名言最能体现一个人的处世哲学。有没有想过,某些事 情,尤其是那些过去做过的错事,如果当时你冷静下来,仔细思考事情的起因经过,再做决定,可能就不会错过某些人,某些事,和某些机遇。

Sometimes, when people argue with others, it's really hard for them to calm down. Of course, that's our human nature. Everyone has a different temper. Probably many people have said this, "Calm down and think for a second, then act," this is so true. When people try to say or do things while they are in a bad mood, probably the result would be totally different compare with if the people just give themself a short period of time and start thinking about the whole issue, then digest it, and rethink it. The resulting comparison might be totally surprising to you. Making decisions can be very difficult, but making the right decision after you think thoroughly, you have lesser chance to make mistakes and miss some awesome opportunities.

每天过着快节奏的城市生活,脑子一直得不到良好的休息。当然,每个人的生活里,压力是一定要有的,但完完全全被这种压力压到喘不过气来,这时候就要注意自 己的身体健康了。就像我自己一样,每个人都说我每天的生活过得跟天仙一样,可是你知道不知道,我经常是晚上3、4点都还没有睡着觉,6、7点就“嗖”的一 下从床上坐了起来,比闹钟“起”的还早。自己的压力是无形的,可以镇得住压力,恢复生物钟,只有靠你自己。而这个“自己”也就是所谓的“瑜伽信仰”中唯一 的“上帝”。

If you are a city girl or boy, it won't be easy for you to get good rests all of the time because of the fast-paced life style and working schedule. And sure,everyone has to have some type of stress no matter if you live in the city or suburbs. However, if you are really under an extremely pressured condition, that might hurt your health greatly, remember this: No good health, No good life or career. Just like me, most of people who see my pictures, posts, and stories on the internet, may think that I have been living in a very relaxing life – the most "enjoyable" life that most of the Chinese from mainland China would want. However, who wants to hear negative things all the time? Therefore, I post more positive and happy pictures and stories to show my audience, to spread around optimism. It just doesn't mean that I have no worries, and I live in this type of luxury life without working hard. I have been losing so much sleep like crazy that you can't even imagine. Sometimes I can't fall asleep until 3 or 4 in the morning, and around 6 or 7 in the morning I just wake up randomly and can't get back to sleep easily. Stress and pressure are invisible. Adjusting is hard, sometimes when you entered into the later stage, no one can help you, no doctors or family or friends. Only you, you are the "God" of your life. You are the "God" who can balance the work load you have every day. You are the "God" who can rescue you back from the risks in your health.And you, you are the "God"for your own belief in the world of yoga.

我们人类都是高级动物,而我们要是真想达到心静的目的,变成“普通”动物也不是一个坏主意。动物们的思想简单,只知道几个基本的生活步骤:觅食、运动、 睡觉和配偶繁殖。它们没有经济负担,没有教育负担,更没有职业负担… 有时,不得不说,这些动物完全就可以当作我们学习的小榜样。适当放开手里的负担,给自己轻松的放个短假也是不错的选择。瑜伽其实也是一个副本,因为它的原 型就是动物日常习性,但它为人类带来了诸多好处。你应该也可以注意到,很多瑜伽体位就是普通动物们的日常行为,不是吗?

We, humans, are the highest class of animals. It is not a bad idea to turn ourselves into an average "animal", if we really just think calmly and adopt a simpler behavior in order to reduce our stress. Animals have simple brains. Probably the only daily thing they do repeatedly are hunting and eating food, exercising, sleeping and breeding. They don’t need to worry about paying bills,educational stress, and all the pressure at work… Why don't we set up our new life style just like what the other animals do? They should be our role models sometimes when we feel that our human work is unnecessaryin the real world. Relieve all the heavy air in your body, and inhale all the fresh and relaxing air to circulate away the complicated life we are having. We just need that moment, one moment is enough,to rethink, and rebuild.Yoga is a version of the other animals' natural daily life. Have you noticed that many Yoga poses' ideas are actually taken from the animals?

心静也是一种气质。很多人都说做瑜伽的女人有气质,有修养,行为典雅并带有一种特殊的灵性。瑜伽可以拉伸肌肉,把很多你平时生活中锻炼不到的地方都给你来 个乾坤大挪移;瑜伽可以让你变得更有耐心,让你有颗执着的心去努力做好某个体位动作。高山流水,贴近自然。聆听每个波动,抓取每个瞬间。世界上完全没有安 静的时候,但是你心静的时候,世界就会配合你熟悉周围的每个声音。

Mind like still water, keeping the heart rate at a regular speed. Silence in the heart is a type of charisma also. Many people have said that the female yogis are the refined species, the charming ones, the most admirable ones, the most appealing ones. The scent of charm exuded and affecting the whole atmosphere everywhere they go, because they carry the heart of integrity. Yoga can condition your body parts and muscles that you have never explored before just by dailymovements. You will be surprised at how many benefits you can get from practicing yoga. Yoga can challenge your patience, if you have the heart to approach every pose correctly. But stay calm and keep at it. The rewards are worth it. When you are very silent inside, you will hear every sound of nature; feel every vibration of the world. Only when your mind is silent like still water.
