In China, Shaolin has become a symbol of Chinese Kung-fu. Shaolin Kung-fu originated from the Shaolin Temple in Sung Mountain. Based on the Buddhism religion doctrines, Shaolin Kung-fu focuses on improving one’s
spiritual wellness, mental attitudes, and physical agility. At the Shaolin Kung Fu, the positive and intensive atmosphere is devoted to this kind of personal growth by teaching not just how to discipline and respect the body, but also one’s mind. The students train to in order become more well-rounded, responsible, and successful individuals.
